Dr. Botros is the best surgeon you are going to find. I have been his patient for many many years and travel from a distance to see him at NYG hospital. I truly wish I could give him 100 stars. Word of mouth is the best source of information and I cannot be more thankful my physician Dr. Samir Assad refered me to Dr. Botros. You came to the right place if you want excellent professional surgical medical expertise. Do not trust your health to just any doctor. I strongly suggest you do your homework first. Dr. Botros and his team were incredible to work with and his assistant Melissa was so helpful in coordinating all the details. Dr. Botros took the time to explain my procedure, answer my questions, and check in with me when I was in recovery post surgery. I never felt rushed and the whole surgical team were incredibly friendly and comforting. Even the nurses in recovery were raving about how great Dr. Botros' whole team is.

Amber the girl I the front office is a sweetheart, always pleasant and willing to help, sometimes it takes a few days but itsi understandable as they are so very busy.
